All dimensions are closely monitored with state-of-the-art laser micrometers to ensure consistent and accurate tolerances. Strict corner-radius controls ensure optimal wire-to-bracket interaction. Wire torque is vigorously controlled, to prevent unwanted vertical discrepancies. All arches are carefully stress relieved and polished to reduce breakage and excess friction. Posted Arches Malleable .032 diameter posts are securely soldered to the main arch wire to provide a "sure grip" purchase point for force modules, auxiliaries, and high-pull J-hook headgear. The generous 8.3 mm length allows for great flexibility in forming various hook configurations. Simply measure the distance from the distal of one cuspid to the distal of the other cuspid to determine the proper arch size. Universal upper and lower arch forms reduce the need for excess inventory.

Octa-Etch is a highly viscous & dark 38% phosphoric acid etching gel for etching enamel and dentin. staying in place & easy to see. Wide applications in bonding of crowns, bridges, adhesive cementation& bonding of orthodontic systems.

Instructions:-

• Isolate tooth, prepare cavity and clean the surface
• Apply Octa-Etch to the area to be etched for 20-30 sec then rinse with water and dry
• Rinse and dry for about 20 sec
• Chalky white surface must appear in case of etching Is incomplete, reapply Octa-Etch for about 15 sec. 
• Rapidly close the syringe after use.

We determine the force of elastics at three times the starting diameter. The activation level should be three times the starting diameter. For example, if the activation level is 9/16" measured, the correct elastic would be 3/16".
